Had such lekker time in the studio! The decor was fine, and the bed? Flippen comfy, mate! Chilled brekkie in the courtyard was a vibe. The staff were super friendly, always ready to help out with my queries. Best part? Great WiFi for my scrolling!

Only downside was the bathroom light was super dim. Could've done with a bit more brightness, ya know?

Favourable and unbeatable location, near an enormous shopping mall, loved this place.

The hotel met all requests, it was a lovely stay for 2 nights. The rooms were newly remodelled and large and included a living area and a kitchen etc. The venue's location was magnificent, just next door to shops and restaurants and the main shopping area and the promenade.

We loved the clean, comfortable studio, and the staff were super friendly. But we wished for a bigger bathroom and some up-to-date kitchen gear. Sweet as location too!

This is not a hotel, this is renting an apartment with everything you need in it. If you are looking for a budget/backpacker place, or is a big family that don't want to eat out every day, but save money by cooking your own food this place is great. If you are looking for a hotel with swimming pool and a place close to the beach, this is not the place for you. However, they let you borrow the towels to the beach:) + Close to shopping area

I liked the fact that there was a mini kitchen and fridge in the room. It was great to be able to buy food in the Monoprix Supermarket nearby and be able to store the food in the fridge. It was also great to have the cooker just to heat some water to make a cup of tea. I also thought that it was very quiet and peaceful there and would recommend it to anybody wishing to stay there.

The staff were helpful .

I was disappointed with the outdated bathrooms. The sofa bed was unnervingly uncomfortable for my daughter, leaving her restless all night. Noise from our upstairs neighbors kept disrupting our peace.

The room was extremely comfortable and very quiet, the Residence is very well run.

It would be useful to have an electric kettle to make hot drinks.

Excellent location to centre shopping area and the beach. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. All facilities were great. Also close to main railway station. Would stay again.

The spacious apartment combined comfort and elegance, boasting a well-equipped kitchenette, made it easy to whip up meals. I especially loved the lovely garden for breakfast, it seemed like a mini vacation every morning with fresh pastries and coffee! The staff were helpful, even offering me toiletries when I forgot mine. The central location made exploring Nice easy, with the beach just a short stroll away.

The atmosphere created was quiet. The room was comfy and recently renovated and large with newly equipped kitchen when I arrived

We had such a nice experience. Our room was upgraded to a spacious apartment with a great courtyard view, and the breakfast really impressed us, especially when they sourced soya milk just for us! There's a cozy games room with a pool table and a chill-out zone with a TV, perfect for winding down. Just a heads up, we noticed a small issue with some maintenance, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment! 😊

We found the location to be excellent - in walking distance to the train station, beach, old town and shopping district. The building was immaculately kept and quiet as well as having airconditioning in our room. The bed was comfortable and the fitchen was well equiped.

The only think missing was a place to do laundry - weather in the room or communal would be an advantage.
